Categories, purposes, and retention

“Yes” below conservatively treats optional disclosure to Google or advertising partners as a sale or sharing for California opt-out purposes, even when no money changes hands. “No” identifies categories Pettus does not sell or share through this website’s advertising flows. A retail or finance provider opened at your request may also collect information under its own notice.

Earlier advertising measurement tools may have followed provider-specific retention terms; thePrivacy Policy describes historical disclosures separately from current collection.

Sources and disclosures

Information comes directly from you, your browser or device, the Pettus inventory feed, and the retail providers you choose to use. Pettus may disclose website-form requests to the selected store, website and CRM service providers, recruiting and email-delivery providers, and authorized community-request reviewers. TradePending, Capital One, RouteOne, and Xtime may also collect information directly when you open their retail or service experiences, under their own notices. Earlier advertising measurement disclosures are described by category in the Privacy Policy.

Sale, sharing, and sensitive information

The table above identifies the categories Pettus treats as sold or shared through optional measurement and advertising. For United States requests, analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement are active under the disclosed notice-and-opt-out setting unless this browser previously opted out. Ad click IDs and conversion events may be shared with Google for attribution. Advertising partner tags require a separate affirmative choice; this site denies ad personalization by default. The Google Analytics property also has Google products and services sharing, and some linked Ads personalized-advertising settings, enabled at the account level. Google may analyze shared GA4 data to improve its own products and services under its terms, beyond Pettus ad attribution. Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and advertising remain off when GPC is active. For other or unknown countries, analytics and ad measurement require an affirmative choice. Sensitive personal information is used to provide the requested finance service, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law. We do not use it to infer unrelated characteristics about a shopper.
